Frequently Asked Questions

What Makes Us Different is that we 'Think Different'.

Apple pushed us to innovate everyday. From how we can make a smartphone work like a kitchen appliance to studying human behavior so when we release a music app, the button to change a song is exactly where you would expect it to be.

So we brought that mentality to Corporate IT but we discovered todays IT Companies dont like Apple, try to push their clients away from it, so they can overcharge for multiple Windows Anti-Virus programs, Malware Protection Programs, and backup solutions.

We are here to change lives. Not stuff our chafers.

Believe it or not, Mac's are actually much cheaper than the computers you get from Dell, HP, Acer, etc. for a whole host of reasons.

When you buy a Windows PC you dont only pay for the laptop but the license to have Windows running on your computer. Microsoft charges as much as $200 to use their ad-infused, data harvesting operating system.

MacOS is Free.

And Apple has just recently made ripples throughout the entire tech world. As HP, Dell, Microsoft are increasing the prices of their laptops by as much as $500, Apple just unveiled a new Mac called The MacBook Neo for $599. A Mac that has hardware thats more powerful than Windows Laptops priced at over $1,000.

There will be a variety of people that will tell you that they do. And to be honest yes they do get on a Mac, but the key is, they cant do anything.

Apple has locked down macOS so much so that even if you download the nastiest virus on the web, your Mac will still run, your photos will be there, your documents will be safe.

Apple is led by visionary and forward thinking geniuses who years ago rightfully predicted that hackers and malicious actors would use smartphones and the evolution of technology to hack your laptop, get your bank account information, and steal your identity, so Apple was way ahead of the game when they put in safeguards since the early 2000's.

We can get technical here like explaining System Integrity Protection (SIP), Read-only System Volume (ROSV), Signed System Volume (SSV), etc. but suffice to say a hacker cannot get control over your Mac, unless you decide to give them all your information willingly.

Yes 100%. There are numerous applications for The Mac that let your Windows Apps run on Mac seamlessly.

We have numerous solutions where we can transition your windows business applicants to Mac without ANY roadblocks.

Unfortunately in Corporate IT, most IT Directors & Technicians dont like Apple for various reasons.

From our history & interactions with Corporate IT it comes down to their love of Windows and nothing else. They love it for a variety of reasons, some as simple because it plays their favorite computer games, others because it was the first computer they were introduced to so they are predisposition to prefer Windows over Mac.

While there are dozens of Apple Device Management Software like Kandji, Addigy, Microsoft InTune, etc., none are endorsed or supported by Apple.

Apple has their own Device Management Software and its the only solution we use.

A good analogy we like to use, would you bring your BMW to a Hyundai dealership?

No. Hundreds of people in the United States already use a Mac they just don't know it. Their iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc. all run on macOS. So everything under the hood is the same. Thats why many of the apps you see on The Mac look identical to The iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc.

Plus we are also here to help with any training that might be needed. Our employees were Apple Store Instructors and have years of experiencing showcasing how easy it is to use The Mac.

And we can even arrange trips to the local Apple Store where we can connect you with our former co workers and schedules workshops that will help boost your companies productivity.
